My life began in Luleå, Sweden, in 1962. In 1970, my family moved to Stockholm, where I completed my education and have lived ever since. My adult life has been filled with wonderful encounters with people, beginning with my career in sports/children/care, studies at RMI-BERGHS, and work in the event, hotel, and travel industry. As a tour guide for Ving and Sunwing, I gained invaluable experiences from many countries — knowledge I carry with me warmly to this day. My passion for travel struck me deeply, so no one was surprised when I continued as a flight attendant with Scanair for more than thirty years.

Colour, form, and creativity have been passions of mine since my school days. There is something magical about a blank canvas and the endless possibilities that arise at the beginning of a new painting. I am self-taught and have painted more regularly since 2014. An injury to my ear forced me to end my flying career, but that marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Shifting my daily focus from the discomfort in my ear to the colours and presence on the canvas proved to be an incredibly effective form of mindfulness. I am drawn to colour and its endless combinations. Painting and creating hold an inherent healing power. My abstract paintings often reveal themselves through the first layers of colour.

I find inspiration in encounters with people, reactions to my surroundings, travel, meditation, and the everyday events of life. My creative expression takes many forms, including painting, cooking, interior design, and gardening. When I share my colourful works, I hope to awaken deep emotions in others, just as art does for me. I value the possibilities of a blank canvas. When it is filled with colour, it transforms into something truly magical. I invite you to pause and explore my universe, and I hope my art can touch you in your life.
