Claims
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
If we are unable to replace the item, a full refund will be issued once we have received the defective product in return.
For the return of defective goods, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

When submitting a claim, please contact Jea Art Of Jeanette and include your order number and a brief description of the issue to simplify the process.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the item and its packaging are returned in their original condition.
The item must not have been used, but the packaging may be opened carefully.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, don't hesitate to get in touch with JeaArtOfJeanette before returning the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
A refund will be processed as soon as we have received and approved the returned item (refunds are made within 14 days from when the item/s are returned).
