General Terms for Private Consumers

For private consumers, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen) apply.

Jea Art Of Jeanette delivers products and services to private individuals, companies, organisations, and associations.

Force Majeure

Any event beyond the control of the company that could not reasonably have been foreseen shall be regarded as a force majeure event.
In such cases, Jea Art Of Jeanette is released from its obligations to fulfil the agreed contract.

Other Provisions

Jea Art Of Jeanette reserves the right to modify or update any information without prior notice.
In the event of sold-out products or discontinued items, the company reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any prepaid amount.

The company also reserves the right for possible errors in product descriptions, colour variations (due to different screen settings), images, prices, stock levels, or technical issues.
Corrections will be made as soon as such errors are discovered.
